Frozen Fruit Smoothie

This is a treat. When I’m craving something sweet this curbs that craving. Even though this smoothie is only 100 calories and is low in fat, it is high in carbs and natural sugar. ┬áNote the serving size is 2 servings.

Frozen Fruit Smoothie

2 servings

1 cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup frozen Blueberries

1/4 cup frozen Raspberries

1/4 cup frozen Strawberries

1/4 cup frozen Mango

1/2 banana (medium)

Blend in a blender until a smoothie consistency is reached.
