Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, low fat, Low sodium
1/2 Cup Skinny Fruit Salad

Directions

Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl and top with fruit salad.

Skinny Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 Cup Pineapple, fresh, diced (remove)
1 Cup Grapes, seedless, cut in half
1 Oranges, peel and sections cut in half
2 Kiwi Fruit, skin removed, sliced
1 Cup Cantalope, diced
1 Apples, cored and diced
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

In a large bowl place diced apple and lemon juice. Stir to coat apple pieces with the juice. This will help the apple from browning.

Add the remaing fruit and toss. Cover and store in fridge until ready to serve.

Serving Size: 5 – 1 cup servings
