Sassy (Anti Bloating) Water

The Sassy Water recipe comes from the Flat Belly Diet. I don’t follow this diet but I do love water, especially naturally flavored water. Sassy Water is flavored with cucumber, lemon, ginger and spearmint leaves. The cumber and lemon are natural diuretics. The ginger and spearmint help relieve bloating. PERFECT!

Ingredients

8 1/2 Cups Water
7  Fresh Ginger Slices, thinly sliced
1 Medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Medium Lemon, thinly sliced
12 – 15 small Spearmint Leaves

Direction

Combine all the ingredients and let it stand in fridge for at least 12 hours.

    It tried this, and all the water was soaked up by the ingredients. Is there a way to avoid that?
