Frozen Fruit Smoothie

This is a treat. When I’m craving something sweet this curbs that craving. Even though this smoothie is only 100 calories and is low in fat, it is high in carbs and natural sugar.  Note the serving size is 2 servings.

Frozen Fruit Smoothie

2 servings

1 cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup frozen Blueberries

1/4 cup frozen Raspberries

1/4 cup frozen Strawberries

1/4 cup frozen Mango

1/2 banana (medium)

Blend in a blender until a smoothie consistency is reached.
